Having successfully started up two Recruitment Agencies and operating a hands-on approach, Wendy still actively runs a permanent desk. Her close relationships have been built up over her 20 years within the local recruitment market, providing a first class professional service to both clients and candidates alike. Wendy is an accredited Thomas International Psychometric Tester and is also a REC-qualified Consultant

Jacqui started her career in recruitment as a Permanent Consultant. Her natural ability to build excellent relationships with candidates and clients soon resulted in promotion to Senior Consultant. Her success in placing permanent staff led to the natural progression of the set up of WR Consultancy and her position as Commercial Director.

Steven joined the team in January 2008. He has previous experience working for an Executive Search organisation, specialising within the IT and Telecommunications arena. He also has 5 years relevant experience which embodies Industrial Recruitment and also Freelance Event organising. His drive and ambition, paired with his relationship building skills will ensure that both clients and candidates receive a fantastic service.

Leann has worked in the recruitment industry for the past seven years. She initially started off working for a large high street agency where she worked as an Account Manager for multi-national accounts, in Peterborough and London, recruiting for both temporary and permanent staff. Leann joined WR Consultancy in January 2003 as a Temporaries Controller and has since been promoted to Temporaries Manager, running a very successful desk.

Rachel joined WR Consultancy in June 2004. She has experience working as a Receptionist/Administrator in various environments. Before joining the company she worked at an Engineering firm and at an Accountancy practice. Rachel puts professional CVs together for our clients and provides an efficient and friendly front office function for WR Consultancy.
